Overview of Responsible Nonsubscription
TXANS will offer an informative overview of responsible nonsubscription in Texas.
TXANS program will address: the percentage of Texas employers that operate as nonsubscribers, why employers elect to nonsubscribe, what types of employers choose nonsubscription, the experiences of Texas nonsubscribers, the differences between nonsubscriber costs and programs and subscriber costs and programs, nonsubscriber cost savings, what the future holds for nonsubscription and much more.
The Texas Dept of Insurance has approved this segment of our program for 1 hour of adjuster credit.
The Legalities of Nonsubscription
A nonsubscriber defense attorney, will examine the legal issues associated with nonsubscription including tort actions and mitigating liability. This segment of the program will help employers understand the risks and rewards of nonsubscription, the role of a nonsubscriber benefit plan and its relationship to nonsubscriber insurance, legal defenses available to nonsubscribing employers, a historical perspective to nonsubscriber case law and much more.
Nonsubscriber Insurance
The final segment of our program will focus on the uniqueness of nonsubscriber insurance. A nonsubscriber insurance specialist, will examine the different types of nonsubscriber insurance available in today's market, how employers can ascertain what programs are best suited for their needs, methods for controlling insurance costs, different approaches for funding nonsubscriber programs, issues to consider and discuss before asking your agent to investigate nonsubscription and much more.
