This first of its kind program will offer a multi-year comparison of nonsubscriber benefit data by reviewing benefit trends amongst Texas nonsubscribers. TXANS Executive Director, Steve Bent will offer a comprehensive look at the types of benefits offered by Texas nonsubscribers overall along with more specific variances like when benefits initiate and terminate, benefit funding, total dollar limitations and more. Mr. Bent will also examine historical benefit trends in the Texas nonsubscriber market and what they have meant to nonsubscriber benefit allowances across the years.
