DEADLINE FOR NEW NONSUBSCRIBER FORMS AND NOTICES

If you haven’t seen one of TXANS new forms announcements already the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) at the Texas Department of Insurance has prepared new forms and posting notices for nonsubscribing businesses. The forms and notices are available on the TXANS website.

To help TXANS’ members comply with the requirement to file an annual notice with the DWC, TXANS will provide the required forms and certified mailing materials at the appropriate time each year. To register for this free member service, please contact TXANS at (512) 477-7357.
