NEW TXANS SERVICE HELPS EMPLOYERS AVOID COSTLY PENALTIES

In an effort to support compliance efforts, the Texas Association of Responsible Nonsubscribers (TXANS) has added an interactive Q&A section on its website answering many questions concerning state reporting, posting and notification responsibilities. In addition to providing answers nonsubscriber related forms, notices and posters may be downloaded free of charge to any employer.
